This listing program was developed for students to enhance learning, memory and concentration when reading and studying. It is designed to be used as a background sound during study, but has also been shown to improve sleep and increase classroom focus when repeated throughout the night. The music in this program is written at 60 beats a minute known as a biorhythmic beat. This recording contains subliminal messages, brainwave cycle entrainment using output and theta tones described below. What is subliminal? The word "subliminal" refers to information perceived below the level of conscious awareness. The messages provided by-pass conscious mind and go directly to the subconscious. This is the main reason subliminal recordings can be very helpful. Iowa State University found that biorhythmic music alone speeded up learning by 24% and increased memory retention by 26%. Purdue University found and reported there seem to be more magic in music than anticipated when integrated into the learning process. Queens College in New York reported an almost impossible sounding research experiment which stated that; by giving the subliminal message to students of Mommy and I are one Dr. Kenneth Parker, a psychologist at Queens College in New York. An article in the Journal of Counseling Psychology, Volume 29 Study on the ability of subliminal messages to influence academic performance. 60 college students were enrolled in an undergraduate summer session law course with the experimenter-instructor for 6 weeks. In addition to the normal course of instruction, all subjects received visual subliminal stimulation before 3 out of 5 lectures each week. Subjects exposed to subliminal messages earned significantly higher grades than the control group. Reading improves, math scores went up, homework compliance was better and general behavior outside the classroom shaped up. The audio track starts with subliminal Alpha tones to entrain the brain to enter into the relaxed alpha cycle creating a calm relaxation. A subliminal theta tone is added in the middle of the program to create the hypnagogic state. A learning phase we naturally inter as we fall asleep. The following suggestions repeat continually during the playing of this audio track: Mommy and I are one, every day I am better and better, every day I am more confident, I am loved, I am smart, I am worthy, I am confident, I have confidence in me, I am worthy to be that which I want to be, every day I have more confidence. We change our lives by changing our thoughts both consciously and subconsciously. By changing our thoughts we change the chemical and electrical responses of the brain. The brain s chemical responses enter our cells through their receptor sites which aids in the changing of our behaviors. We truly can change who we are by changing how we think about who we are.
